## Location: California, Cypress **What you will do**  Under general supervision, coordinates customer service requests, from initiation to service completion, and maximizing technical resource productivity and profitability by efficiently scheduling and dispatching Technicians with guidance from the STM and Team Leads. Ensures that all customer account information required to support call management activities and scheduling of tasks are kept up to date in NxGen. Facilitates administration of warranty claims. May guide and prioritize the activities of the Customer Service Agent Assistants. Periodically performs duties of the Customer Service Agent Assistant as overflow demands. The Solar Foreman and/or Battery Lead will perform a wide variety of electrical and operations duties. The ideal candidate will be motivated, dedicated, and a team player. In addition, the ideal candidate will have high attention to detail and a genuine care to his/her craftsmanship. + Direct the work of others at job site - provide subject matter expertise as needed + Complete roof installation on various roof types, as well as ground mounts + Ensure proper job documentation is completed once the job installation concludes + Interact with customers - answer and direct questions as needed + Identify, communicate, and resolve plumbing, electrical, environmental, or safety hazards associated with solar thermal installations + Read and review blueprints and plan documents + Install racking systems and modules + Run conduit and wiring on roofs + Apply weather seal, such as pipe flashings and sealants, to roof penetrations and structural devices + Test operation or functionality of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and control systems + Install copper or plastic plumbing using pipes, fittings, pipe cutters, acetylene torches, solder, wire brushes, sand cloths, flux, plastic pipe cleaners, or plastic glue + Configure electrical wiring of the solar system (AC and DC) + Other tasks and duties as needed + Previous experience managing or overseeing the work of others required + Previous experience utilizing power and hand tools required + Previous experience with solar PV installation, roofing, or general construction is required + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required + Must be able to maintain a high level of quality assurance with an emphasis on safety + Basic understanding of electrical wiring + Must possess strong attention to detail + Knowledge of the do's and do-nots of complete solar install Preferred Qualifications: + Strong attention to detail a must + Good problem-solving skills + Ability to prioritize work and work under sensitive time restraints + Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills Physical Requirements: + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards + Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards + Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time + Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on telephone + Must be able to climb ladders and stairs regularly, and be comfortable with heights of at least 20 feet and walking on all roof types + Able to work in various weather conditions and in extreme temperatures + Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly This employer is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
